There is any way to prevent my pops to appear in conquered worlds? That's a problem since they become rulers and specialists then I have to wait a long time to get them back into being workers.

There is any way to prevent my pops to appear in conquered worlds? That's a problem since they become rulers and specialists then I have to wait a long time to get them back into being workers.
This is one of two situations, either
A: They appear immediately due to your policy on settling your pops and displacing natives on conquest or
B: They're growing due to immigration, which you could stop by the decision to stop growth, or click the pop portrait that's growing to control which pop is growing.
