Purchased Lithoids from Paradox Store, missing from Steam despite sync

Hi everyone,

So yesterday I purchased the Lithoids species pack from the Paradox Store, and it is showing in my Owned Items. However, despite the fact that my Steam account ls linked and that I have pressed "Sync Items" twice now, it stubbornly refuses to show up on my Steam account.

Any thoughts on how to deal with this? Thanks in advance.

edit: I should add that Lithoids does not show up in the launcher despite the Paradox account being logged in.

Sync Items syncs your Steam games to your Paradox account. It does not do the reverse.

Just paste your Steam Activation code (which we sent to your email, and is in your Paradox Games menu) into the +Add a Game area of the Steam client application, and the game will be available in your Steam Library in that Client to download and install. You can also do this directly on the Steam website

That's weird. I ordered the 4 story packs and got Steam keys for those in my email, but I ordered Lithoids a little later and did not get a Steam key for Lithoids. Also, unlike those 4 (which have Steam keys in my Games menu as well), the Details section under Lithoids in my Games menu is blank, despite it saying it's the Steam version... did I get a bad by mistake? Not to mention that the name of the item under "Orders" is blank and the logo is the generic Paradox logo.

Methinks I will file a support ticket. Thanks!
