Purchase Title as a Gift

I already own CKII which I purchased through steam and have linked to my account. I was going to Purchase the CKII pack that is on sale just now and give it to my brother as a gift, but can't see a way to do that on the paradox store.

Anyone know how to do this?

Just buy it as if it was for you. When the Steam key comes through, send it to your brother to redeem in his Steam account.

First I read this post so I decided to buy Stellaris on Paradox shop because it is on sale now. I wanted to give it to my friend (send him the steam code) so that we can play together but I dont have any Steam key available for this game in the Keys section of my account. I mean the game is there but the steam key is missing (another game I see also there has it)
How should I proceed then ?

You should have received the Steam Key by email and in your Paradox keys menu. I can't see how the game itself can be in your keys menu but not the key.

Thx Andrew for your fast reply. Probaly the problem is that I have already linked my own Stellaris to Steam account - in Games menu in Steam section there is already Stellaris visible (my 1 year old purchase). I will try to unlink my Steam account and if there is still no key visible I will try to link my friend's Steam account. I hope the Activate button then works fine for him. If not I will contact the support. Thank you again for your care.
