Assumed that puppets are a kind of modern version of the EU series vassals, which are exactly the benefits you get from them?
Do you have access to, say, half their resources/IC?
Do you have automatic mil. access or mil. control?
Another related question: can you draw resources from other nations (as IRL Germans did with Romanian oil)?

They'll be in your alliance, Mil. Access, and you get all of their unused resources (or there 'extra' resources...)

i think that you gain automatic military access, but i am not sure about military control.

But: what about resources of allies not puppets (Rumanian oil)? Can you "buy" them, aside from world market?
