hi! guys. i just started liberating malaysia in 1963 with an IC of 25/17. how come my puppet wont build units? infantry,tanks and etc. i gave my puppet many blue prints.

Cant do anything about that. Except tring to kill all non+MP ministers, if he has some.

It could also be that your puppet is building an HQ. With a limited IC, they might not be able to keep this build 100% funded, so it could take a year or so for their first unit to pop up. :wacko:
