A significant enhancement would be to allow greater ability to flow materials and supplies across puppets and across oceanically connected puppets a little more smoothly and consistently.

A short term fix for Japan and other large overseas holders would be to move capitals to provinces bordering oceans. I know it is not historical, but that would remove the "the convoy route is blocked" problem. In the case of Japan, just as an example since I am playing it right now and a bit frustrated, this would include SE Asia, Chinese revolters that have any seaside property, Manchukuo, etc. I'm assuming there is the same problem with a number of other countries' puppets that require a sea zone connection.

Now - this is a fix I could do myself with some patience (and guidance), so if Johan and crew aren't keen on it maybe someone could provide me some tips on how?
