Is there any way to make the Dissent hit go away once u release a puppet? or is this hardcoded. Thanks

Yeah, all you have to do is enter the event cheat for a military parade. This will reduce dissent a few % points. I know its a bit gamey but I use it to counteract what I feel is an excessive penalty. -W
