We are not being able to repair damaged infra in our puppets lands this would prevent that precious resource could not be efficiently collected by your puppet (hence the master).

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
But if a land you conquered is complete destroyed by the war and you release it as a puppet in the peace deal, you still have all the destroyed infrastructure and buildings in your repair queue. 
Are you sure? In my current game as Germany, I just cannot make any repairs in the French territory.
