Ministerial Statement
The recent news concerning the Royal Foundation is of great concern to us here in the Ministry of the Economy, Resources, and Labor. News concerning potential shifts of property that large and that valuable can have a great effect on the economy, both locally in the WET, and nationally--especially considering Recom's extensive dealings with the Royal Foundation. Thus, to ensure the 'greatest good for all Eutopians,' I am ordering MERL's legal staff to begin the first of what may prove to be several legal investigations as to the status and rights of the Royal Foundation and Maria Saxe-Coburg, in order to determine on precisely what grounds each has claims to the land in question, and whether the Regent Blade! acted within the proper grounds of his authority when he entrusted these lands to the Foundation.
