Just a little salt.

So I'm Poland leading Lithuania union standard start. I've annexed the LO into LIT and I'm eating the TO myself. Also eating up Crimea.

So things are going solid.

Then I notice Brandenburg has a 60 year old ruler with a 58 year old heir. The elected ruler of poland shared a dynasty with me.

So now I'm excited. Then Brandenburga heir died. The tooltip said on monarch death "succession war with Poland and Saxony. I would've crushed Saxony.

So then 3 years go by and Brandys ruler was 63. Then boom. A brand new heir for Brandenburg at age 0.

The salt.

Any other stories where you guys just felt cheated?

France had an infertile queen with an age of 68 without a heir... I think, I don't have to write it out.

well, the age old 'they get an heir from talented and ambitious daughter dynastic event in the month between claiming throne and forcing PU when the king is a 75 year old infertile malevolent babbling buffoon" comes to mind.

and yes, I had exactly that happen once.

f it had been event for weak claim heir, it would have been ok but "oooooooh no RNJesus" said.
