What do these have to do with my PU, it's just too much
I can accept the inheritance chance > inheritance value = inheritance but the IDs that matter for it don't make any sense

A little off-topic, but real randomness is more of a philosophical thing. If you simulate random numbers, all will most likely be pseudorandom and generated by a weird, but deterministic process depending on the last random value it generated.
EU4 devs have just been creative :p
