I'll be short:

-I'm playing as Byz
-I switched to Turkish culture in 1490
-I got Spain and Naples PU in 1530
-Naples has greek culture

How?
Also they have -200 opinion on me for "forcing my culture on them" but my culture has been turkish way longer, this is simply not possible

You switched to Turkish from Greek. Did you culture convert any Greek provinces? I don't know why Naples think they are Greek, but it would explain why they dislike you if you did convert any provinces.

According to your save, Naples primary culture changed to greek on 1604.12.11. They probably got an event which changed the culture of their country to the culture of their ruler. Your shared ruler is still greek.

The -200 opinion is not because you changed their primary culture. It is because you culture converted provinces of their primary culture to a different culture. Looking at greece, you seem to have done that quite a lot in the years since they changed their primary culture.

I'm aiming at a one culture run, so yes I'm culture converting every province outside the Levantine group, but still it doesn't make sense why they would be upset about it and why the became greek

I wanted to keep Palaiologos dynasty, I guess they can only be of greek culture, because he was born way after I switched to Turkish culture

Yep, I'm almost done with greek provinces, I started converting all the provinces outisde of the Levantine group in 1600, 1th of january with a -90% cost

Your ruler culture isn't actually connected to your primary culture. The culture of your heir is (usually) based on the culture of your ruler, which does not change on culture flip. Some events can change ruler or heir culture, but to my knowledge, there is no way of generically getting a ruler of primary culture save dying without an heir and with no royal marriages.

Well if there is a way to change my ruler culture to roman I'd gladly do so, but if not I'll stick with greek
