PU bohemia as austria mission

So I have passed the year 1500, and I have already hungary and burgundy as junior partners in a PU. The bohemia mission popped up once, but I was already fighting a war with them on my side so I decided I'd do that mission afterwards. But now it doens't come back. What are the requirements for it to appear?

I kind of want to enact ewiger landfriede, but I need that PU first then =)

It should be possible to get it again; as long as Bohemia is not the emperor, not a subject nation, is a neighbour and is smaller than you. Keep doing easy-to-fulfill missions and you'll get it.
