Hannover would vote for Great Britain as the new Holy Roman Emperor.

Nope, i made the same mistake whn i first saw the HRE screen. But that's not the Union Jack. There s no red in the diagonal whites see? I forget who's COA it is though.

The electors listed on that screenshot are Cologne (black cross), Mainz (white wheel), Trier (red cross), the Palatinate (gold lion), Saxony (green bend), and Hanover (white horse). Brandenburg (red eagle) and Bohemia (silver lion) are not listed.

Wrong. When the mouse hovers Hannover the tooltip says that they support Great Britain. Don't know why it's the wrong CoA though...

Yes, I was saying exactly about the moment when mouse goes above the shield.
(By the way, at that moment there are just 6 electors)
It says:
