I don't know if this was already present before 1.30.4 but the new hotfix has made it so you can only have 4 privileges at a time. As Poland, you can use this to avoid some of the bad ones that are forced on you through various events whose other option is usually losing stab, fighting rebels, or both.
However, you already start the game with arguably the worst one, Golden Liberty, and there's no easy way to get rid of it without picking a local noble.
