So a group of friends and I pre-ordered this game before it came out, it's been a month or so since launch and we've yet to make it in to play a game. No one can get past the initial link account, and it constantly gets stuck at the main menu with "retrieving user information... 5/5" blinking away at us. I really enjoyed the first game on PC, but this is just ridiculous.Any word as to when they'll be fixing this game at all?
PS4 version just broken?

Sounds bad - I have it working on the PS4 apart from when I complete the last chapter of the game (chapter 9) it ALWAYS disconnects me at the end credits or the app breaks and errors on single player. I can't complete the game and don't have a clue how to get any help.
