Thought I'd try playing this game I've owned for a long while now. Paradox still hasn't fixed it. After the game has started any menu system or moral choice, the game pauses as it should, and then the fan spins up to her engine levels of sound. Seems to be because the menus having the FPS uncapped. If so is it to difficult to have it capped to the rest of the game? Will wait for the next update.
