PS4 From where to travel to White March

I'm currently playing Pillars on PS4. I received the quest about the White March, and I see the location on the map. I've also cleared every location and quest in the base game, and cleared the siege part of the expantion. I can't for the life of me figure out where to trigger the yellow line that will get me to the White March. Is it not enabled yet or something? Thanks!!!
