I have faced this issue after hiring Kana:
1/ Created chants A B C D
2/ Exit Edit chants menu
3/ Pop up quick combat menu (L2)
4/ Change chant other than A
5/ Exit quick combat menu (go back to game window)
6/ Pop up quick combat menu again.
Expected: Chant activated in step 4 is active.
Actual: Chant A is active.
