[PS4 all dlc] No or low RCI bars

This is my second city, so I´m a beginner. I´ve read much about the game rules but I´m not sure what happen in my city and how to solve it.

I´m at 65k atm. I´ve build it up very slowly, no big districts from the beginning, wait until everything is stable before I go further. Since 45k the city is growing really slow. My Green cities district is the best, all other "old" districts loses chims even if land value is light green.

Th RCI bar show me sometime a need for a short moment but no more.

Workless are at 4%. I´ve tried to build more industries, offices and commercials to provide workplaces and fill up free res zones (which where filled before) but they didn´t come back. How to solve this?

EDIT: It seems it´s the bug due to the European theme, as I read in another thread. After changing the one district I had with European to default theme my city explodes from 65k to 70k in 15 minutes.
Hope there will no big death waves in the future because of this

I have this also for xbox but when I deleted the European Suburbia areas it still is not fixing it. I have no RCI demand and everyone is leaving my city (which has taken me months to build )

If that is the case, work on your infrastructure and city happiness in general (especially services). Above 60K the game does slow down quite a bit but if you invest enough time in optimizing stuff demand will come back. My biggest city ever was even before terrain editing tool (or mass transit) and reached 280K max (before deathwave) with RCI demand in reserve.

I had to invest a lot of time in my roads network, used hand built DDI's, turbines and tons of on and off ramps. Highways went straight through the middle (or under) the most crowded districts with hardly any traffic. Metro's, trams, busses and trains were abundant with minimal backup on my train line (one for people transport and one for industry).

Happiness through services is a big factor.

Piranha, it doesn't help, because it's a bug... my city was going great before to change that darn style. happyness was at top levels, earning a lot: i was able to do whatever and build whatever i wanted.. then i switched the style as our friend with xbox and the city got desert with no RCI demand. I have tons of services, parks, underground lines (5 in that zone)... nothing. also switching back to classic style doesn't fix anything. i started 1 year ago to build that city... i paid a lot of money for season pass 2 for what, then??? I would like to receive a reply from devs.
