PS4 1.04 PAtch Wind Turbine Bug!!

Hello,

I started playing the game after installing the new patch (1.04 for PS4 and at some point in the game after 3 hours i got a message that wind turbines are no more available to build!!
A tech is required "Redesign of Wind turbines" but this tech cannot be found anywhere in the menu!!

Please help if you know this bug!! It makes the game unplayable!!

Hello,

The PS4 version of the latest patch is 1.08 for Gagarin. Are you sure you have 1.04?
The problem you describe is from 1.08. There is an update on the way which will resolve it, as soon as Sony gives it a pass.
