How can I see my badboy rating?
How much does it lower each year?
What are the things that make it grow and how much?
At what level of it will other powers declare war uppon me for no reasson?

Seems to me that things as important as those should be answered in the manual but I know they will never be...I wonder why there is this policy of avoiding specifics at all costs in all manuals from complex games(like paradox or total war)...there must be a good reason for it but short of delegating the tiring, profit-laking department of support from the company to the costumer in the form of some smart guys with a lot of free time (the forum) it scapes me.

You can see it by using the console (F12) and type: Badboy.
It will raise for conquering (provinces or annex) and declaring war. I think.

Badboy is offset by military score so there is no set value at which wars will definitely occur. Personally I try to avoid going over 20-30 or so though.

Edit: there is not much point in complaining about the lack of info about this in the manual. The game was made in 2003 originally and there will be no re-print of the manual. You are free to join the Wiki and add any knowledge you think would be good to have there. And also, you could try using the wiki before asking questions such as these, because the info is usually there.
And anyway, the badboy value was originally meant to be a hidden value to make the AI respond to an aggressive player, so I wouldn't have expected too much info about it in a better manual either. Consider that you need a cheat code to see it.

There is no set value for when the AI will attack you because of your BB, it depends on your relative military score and relations and perhaps other factors. Around 30 BB is usually enough to trigger bad boy wars though.

Although I believe it's also dependent on one's military score. In a lot of games I've trailed in the 50's and no one declared war (I suspect because no one wanted to declare war on the #1 superpower :rofl: )

In my current game with Usa I have 400 badboy yet noone dares to attack me. Guess they are scared of my 5 times bigger military score :rofl:
Well actualy GB dared to dow me when I dowed canada. Result = we got a new country Ireland :rofl:

I belive you need to share borders as well to trigger badboy war or am I wrong? Canada is a dominon of GB so i belive that was the reason for dow and not bb score.

Shared it with them at 130 badboy. Currently sharing border with spain, italy, germany, denmark, netherland, china and a bunch of south american countries which will soon disapper. Noone dares to touch me atm.
If a badboy war happens it will probably be an attack from germany since their military score is 2nd in the world at 88 and they have some claims on my "McDonalds present the west germania" state

Actualy noticed in this game that Germany has a monstrous industrial potential. They lost 2/5 of their teritory yet they are at 3,8k industy score while I am at 5,2k

If a war is desirable, I always try to have the other country declare war on me, so that they lose the prestige and I get less BB. To do so, I generally get as low relations as possible and reduce the size of your armed forces so that you are a more attractive target.

I got -100 prestige from Dow'ing a monkey country like Annan! I wonder how much does the Ai loose when it declares war uppon the second greatest power that just keeps strugglin' to share the best culture and ideas that there is with all the world and bring peace to all mankind...or at least to all of it that my armies can reach...I mean those french and brit when they dow'ed me must have taken a penalty to prestige like Obama pistol whiping baby seals to death in front of the CNN...

I think it's WAD, but the question is if it's DAI, designed as intended.
If you're using Revolutions, I believe OHgamers hotfix should correct it by removing some badboy.

Same thing happened to me on sunday bloddy sunday(it ended up being )...I got The tree hurras and instantly I get 55 badboy (I had a previous 25, I guess the moderator will say I shouldn’t have had 25 and that's really the problem but...). But that was far from all…

Bavaria, the biggest proto-gross-deuthchland state failed to auto-anex after the 3 hurras (Im guessing because it is allied with Austria and perhaps was both at war with Russia at the time, anyway they are no longer at war but Bavaria it’s still independent) Hannover which is a satellite of mine is also “independent” and I had a full –400 to diplomacy in relation with both Austria and Russia going from +200 both to –200 both. Each influence diplomatic movement on my part towards them only gives me +10 always (hardly improved relations result each time I try).

Two or three months latter Russia Dow’ed me, after a life and death struggle I manage to satellite/war indemnities them(I'm playing in ultra-easy hehehe) but I’m just waiting for Austria/Bavaria, Britain, or France Dow’ing me even before my armies return from Mockba.

Tell me again that this is an economic based game! Buwahahahaha…
I think the effects of this event are way too overkill!! I lost all my allies, all the other powers became my enemies and my badboy status guarantees they will DOW' me as soon as Im at peace and the last peace treaty from the last war is not in effect or Im already at war!

Think of the day:
what does happen when playing in ultra hard? the world forms a coalition against germany, the army deserts to the russians and all your pops decide that they love Marx more than schnaps??¿?¿?¿
