Is there a pruner that only prunes dead people that didn't make it to the age of 16? If yes where can it be downloaded?

DV comes with its built-in pruner, so the need for a new one is rather small at the moment
The built-in character pruner deletes all dead characters who have no living descendants in any way.
Any character linked to any existing character in any way (even dead ancestors of a ruler's wife with no children, or long family trees of former rulers who are now childless couriers) will remain in the save file. But entire dynasties will be wiped from the save file if their last member dies and they have no descendants anywhere.

It shouldn't be too hard to build a save game parser for yourself and do all kinds of operations on the stored data... Not that I would be able to build a good one but I would know how to do it with Matlab
