I would like to get back to duke level from king by lossing to dissolution faction. Yet when I try to provoke dissolution faction by aresting or revoking the tile of the leader of that faction intstead of this faction raising agaist me almost all my vasalas revolt agaist me, so if I lose this war I will be only deposed, me heir will still get my primary title. How to tackle that?

Make yourself unpopular and weak - commit tyranny and let go of your men-at-arms, waste your levies in futile wars if you need to. This should make the dissolution faction grow strong enough to press demands quick - as long as you don't succumb to some other faction or outside force first.
(Assuming you're not ironman) switch to a bunch of your vassals one by one and have them join the dissolution faction. You'll get faction leader immediately when you join so can go in any order and click the press demands button the moment you've got a nice number of them.
