How would people like to see the province system work? The big EU-Vicky switch between provinces and provinces inside districts was an intriging one. But would this work inside the EU system?
I'd personally like to see a greater number of provinces, more like a CK-esque map. This would allow for more variation in how things turn out. If I say, want to take just a small portion of land in peace I can, no longer do I need to take a third of Belgium in war if I don't want to.
Do you think we will see provinces within regions with nations? (similiar to say vicky or HoI2) or will it stay with the old EU style, provinces independant of other provinces?
