Sorry, I don't know what the "seazone" means, but the castal provinces respectively belong to their seazones.
Yes, I corrected cordinates to position horbours, castles...etc...for proper locations.

In the province.cvs file every area has port co-ordinates. However the port icon only appears if there is a seazone listed in the #Port column. The white sea areas all have 0 in this area which means the game is treating them as inland areas. So I would have to assume it is AD.
