provinces of subjects' subjects should be counted overlords' overlord's own land

weird title i know. today spain DOW'ed my (otto) march's (algerian corsairs) subject (algerian la plata) but my ally (france) didnt get call to war because it came from my subject's subject lol.

i believe france should be on this war too.

actually i can call them into war but since this is a defensive war they should have joined automatically right?

the problem is war weight calculations for AI to declare war on my subject's subject. they can not considering that my allies also join the war so they kinda declare wars that they can not win.
