When i look in the sezanrios i found this lines for each province:

    }

id, ic, maxic, infra, naxinfra and tarrain are easy to understand.
But what means control and nationalism?
Is this the date, when the controller of the province changed the last timie?

IIRC I read somewhere that nationalism is just a "leftover" from EUII, which used the same way of coding provs, events etc.
