Province ID's and etc.

Is there anywhere I can find a comprehensive nad full list of Prov's and their ID tags? THe reason I ask is because there is some stuff I wanna edit in my game. Also where are the files for Nations that don't "exist" in the game until they are released. Liekthe provinces they recevie thing. Because thats also someithng I feel like fixing in my game. Thanks!

Province ids can easily be pulled from province.csv (or use console command showid in-game). Nations that are created by event or by 'liberate puppet' are listed in revolt.txt.
