Province Goods

Not sure if this is a problem on a world-wide basis, but I noticed that a few provinces don't have any goods defined. Notably, Mdennah and Azaouad. Perhaps, this is one of the causes of instability?

Now that the subject is goods, I have a suggestion:
Why don't you replace your coal image (which I don't think is very good) with the one from HoI?

Yes, and it was intended. If you check the province file they produce stuff like "sand" and "ice" (the provinces without defined goods are the Sahara desert and some places on the tundra).
It works perfectly, and make those provinces economically useless, as they should be.
