Sorry for the weird title i couldnt find a good way to describe it 
I havent played EU2 long (2 weeks or something, didnt have the patience for these games back then ) and it has been a while since but i can remember when u click on a province of urself u could do stuff when u clicked on the buildings on the left side of the screen, now u still get those buildings on the lower left part of the screen but i cant seem to do anything.... is that a bug or a limitation in the demo or anything else ?
