It's not that hard to edit either, as long as you have exell.

I tried to but when I save its say like "Cant save its a Read Only"

I have never had a problem saving a change to *.eug file from Notepad or Wordpad.

Right-click on the file and select properties, then un-check the box for read-only.

I got it working, I just saved it as "province2" then I changed name of "province" to something else, then I changed "province2" to "province" and it works perfectly! thx for your help guys!

Really? I find it virtually impossible with notepad, as i can't tell which figures are in which columns :wacko:
