Question to the forum:
Can a Protectorate of yours Westernize if it does not border any Western nation?
For example, if I am England, and I have a vassal Baluchistan (who is Muslim Tech) and I then Protectorate a Malwa (which is about 3/4th of india conquered), can Malwa Westernize?
I hold a major naval presence through the maldives... but with no direct connection, I am thinking that Malwa can't westernize and would simple by my protectorate forever or until such time as Baluchistan westernizes?
