Is there a way to see the current prosperity and population level of a county without the province modifier logos?

Also, one more philosophical question, I looked through the rip_prosperity_events.txt file and there seems to be an event allowing culture change to occur where you, in essence, bribe a prosperous county to adopt your culture. It seems to me that historically there was greater culture change in an area following a war/plague/famine that resulted in massive population loss allowing people to migrate into vacated space.

I've always thought of province culture change as more the result of new people moving in to an area rather than the peasants adopting the culture of their lords.

The question: Do you agree that high prosperity/population should facilitate culture conversion, or do you think that low prosperity/population should?
