Pros with saved games

Hello,
I need help for followed problem
I can´t load a saved game if I w`ll play on a another day again.
My System is Vista and I play DH under 1.01,

There was a problem in 1.01 with same translation (so with a language different from english) that corrupted savegame.
Patch 1.01.1 fixes the problem, you can find it here: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?536891-Patch-1.01.1-Link-and-Information
Please note that this will work with new savegames.
