What is the maximum number of props for cities skylines?

Is the maximum props count high enough for a detailed 5x5 city?

The standard limit of user-placed props (not in buildings) is 65,531. People who detail a lot may run into that limit.

You can place more props using the Prop Unlimiter mod. Read the mod description for how to use it and associated drawbacks.

There are... I have seen more than one. Personally I think they are not very helpful. The title does not convey what the subject actually is. Sometimes multiple questions and answers get interleaved. However some people like them.
