The United Kingdom of the netherlands/Verenigd Koninkrijk der Nederlanden/Royaume des Belgiques.
Was a kingdom that existed between 1815 and 1839. The kingdom was created by the great european powers after the fall of the First French Empire. The kingdom collapsed after the 1830 Belgian Revolution, but King WIlliam the First refused to recognize the Belgian State until 1839.

For a player to be able to form the United Netharlands the following criteria should be met.
Player is a monarchy
Player owns, Luxembourg, Antwerpen, Holland, Friesland.
Primary Culture is Dutch/Flemish/Walloon
Religion is Reformed/Protestant/Catholic

To make it interesting for the player to form the United Nethalands one needs special flavour events.

For example af the Orangists are at full autority for to long the player should get the option to get a person of the Oranje Nassau Dynasty on the trone or deal with a lot of noble rebels.

The tensions between the catholic south and refomed north should also be adressed with several events and decissions.

The kingdom of the United Netherlands should have acces to a parliament in wich the estates should fight for control just like the historical Kingdom were the Southern Netherlands were heavily underrepresented.

Possible ideas are

The Lion of Waterloo - +10% morale
The Canal King - Development costs -10%
The Dutch Bank/De Nederlandsche Bank - yearly inflation reduction
Hans Christoph von Gagern - +1 dip relations, +1 dip reputation or +1 diplomat
Dutch East Indies/Nederlands-Indië +5% trade efficiency.

I am sorry for my terrible english and my somewhat vague description of the ideas, but i thought it would be intresting to put in the Kingdom of The United Netherlands wich was created far after the Golden Age of The United Provinces.
If anybody has any suggestions, i would love to hear them.

This is too close to the edge of the timeline, and above that nothing really differed between the Dutch Republic and the UKN, except that the UKN was an absolute monarchy Netherlands. I don't think this is a good idea.
