- Canada is a semi-autonomous region within CSA (like Poland) that could be either annexed or set free.
- Tibet is given to China and Sinkiang to Russia.
- Brazil and Bolivia gain some territories from La Plata.
- Burma is a puppet of the Indian Commune.
- Damascus is now controlled by Egypt.
