Couldn`t this be just represented as an option of "Influence" under the diplomatic or espionage menu?

Otherwise we would go all the way to have "Propaganda units" as division and they would shatter the enemy morale by shouting dirty insults with a megaphone and all... :rofl:

Before this, I have a "100 points of tactical element wishes" in my mind.......

Or maybe that was in WWI.

Anyway, I think such a specialised unit is out of the scope of the game, which is grand strategy. HoI's not a tactical game.

actually i dont agree that is a tactical move ... but rather a more strategic one ... but i also dont agree it should be in the game since we do not have morale in the troops nor pops like vicky it simply doesnt make sense to have that kind of psicological warfare.
(another good one ... including the famous wisthles in the Stuka divers/and in bombs ;) )

I agree I don't see where implemnting them in the game would be of much affect.

But It would be nice if you could lower the morale of you enemies somehow before attacking.

Other than bombing that is.

Maybe V2's with flyers?

Nah, I think they were out of ammo - the next step would have been harsh language :rofl:
