Make sure you've got PB, PB+SWMH, and SWMH all enabled. If not essentially no CBs will exist.I'm not sure if the problem is with Project Balance, or SMWH, but Norse seem broken.
They can prepare an invasion, but can't declare war, so the prepared invasion fails. They can claim the kingship ambition, but can't declare war on their neighbors. And even if they fail to revoke a title from a vassal, and the vassal refuses, he doesn't break allegiance or declare war.
Yes.so can use vanilla pb for conveter?
It should be save compatible. Names like that sounds like the converter somehow failing to grab nation names, which I have no idea why would be happening.Hey Meneth,
Updated to the most recent version of the mod, but when I convert to EU4, I still get Z00, Z01, etc for many of the nations. Is it save compatible or am I out of luck?
The Rum Sultanate gets some exceptions, but beyond that Muslims should be fair game. Can orthodox not call holy wars on muslims in this mod? The checks say I'm fine and I can even declare one on tengri's but not muslims.
That's intended, yeah. It's a minor flavor thing; no other (Christian) title than the HRE or ERE could claim to be an empire since that meant successor to Rome.View attachment 90881
I just created Britannia, but name of my primary title is still 'king' not 'emperor'. Is it intended feature in PB or a glitch?

"Empire" had mostly lost its meaning by the time the British claimed to have one.So he has to wait until he can become Emperor of India, a nation outside the Roman empire?
I can't use Imperial conquest and Holy war against Rum, even my date is 1132. Is it normal?
(My versions are PB 3.2.29 and SWMH 2.81)
