Oh wow. This must be the quickest update I've seen. Unless the ones for 1.08 or 1.07 were quicker.
Good job!

Mostly because I got hungry halfway through porting to 1.09, and decided to make a bad (but delicious) omelette instead.
It was indeed delicious.hahaha...good one...
Let's hope it tastes better that looks...![]()

I'm jealous. All of you are getting to play and eat delicious food, and I'm eating old pretzels and getting ready to host a webinar over tax law, drinking some coke.
Unrelated: You update fast. Are you Skynet?

Step one: Install Patch X-1 to one folder, and Patch X to another.
Step two: Use WinMerge to compare the folders. Delete all identical files, and all folders your mod doesn't touch (E.G., graphics in my case)
Step three: Use WinMerge to compare the Patch X folder with the mod folder. Delete all files that are exclusive to Patch X.
You should now be left with a manageable number of files to go through. In the case of my port to 1.09, approximately 600, most of which were province files.
To my knowledge I'm not SkyNet, but I've been known to be wrong before.
So, now that people have had a bit of time to play it, have anyone encountered any issues with PB?
All reports are appreciated, regardless of whether the issue is major or not.
They serve different purposes. Centers of trade are primarily sources of technology, while centers of trade are coastal trade-posts. They simply cannot be constructed in-land, while many of the centers of trade are in-land.I've noticed that you've still got the centres of trade, despite Republic sort of rendering them obsolete.
On another note, is this something I should include? It does seem interesting, and I'd much rather have Iceland as a republic seeing as that's much more historical than a Feudal duchy.
Even minor issues are nice to fixI've noticed a couple of minor things in the code while merging the files for the PB-compatible version of VIET (nothing gamebreaking really or even that serious that they'd be considered bugs), however I'm not done merging yet so I'll tell you what I've found a little later today.
