@Death: You don't need medium crown levies to declare war on Pagans unless one or more of your dukes has lower than -10 opinion. You can declare war with no crown levies as long as all duke vassals are at -10 or above.

Ah, okay thanks Meneth. I just learned a lot about the wording of those requirements in my other thread. So, to be clear, I can declare Holy War on Pagans at any point if no Dukes or above have -20 opinion, but if they have -20 opinion I need to either imprison them, or have medium Crown Levies. Got it, thanks again.

...Downloaded this mod the other day, along with some compatible ones (according to the relevant list at the 1st page of this thread) - namely: Missing CoA, Lords & Lands, & Kingdoms Abound.
I have installed them all to the relevant /mod file, opened the .exe files with CFF explorer, and then in the "File Header" I enabled the "App can handle >2gb address space" option in the "File header"-tree there.
So far so good, right?
But when i enable these 4 add-ons (the 3 listed above plus yours) in the launcher (note: I play the game through Steam), i get this bizarre outcomes...:
So, as you noticed, I cannot play any Christian nation whatsoever in King-lvl. Nor any Muslim ones except some on Africa. the same stands true in lower-lvl game-options (like Duke, or even ind. realms)...
...So, what am I doing wrong here? Any advice in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated! I've been dying to try out all these mods, and I can't wait to get started!

Try to run only P.B without anything else ans see if this issue persists...also you should use the more ram for exe. application to the CK2exe. not to game.exe....

@zlatky: While the mods on the list should be compatible with PB, they're not necessarily compatible with each other. You should try different configurations of what mods are enabled so you can find what's causing the issue.

I think what he means is that it is pointless to modify ck2game.exe to use more memory, as that's the launcher. ck2.exe is the game itself.

Of the kingdoms that make up Britannia, Kingdom of Wales has a cultural requirement for formation, and you must hold all Kingdom titles personally before you can form the empire.
Did you set the retinues to reinforce?

Anyone else had the issue of not being able to raise vassal levies?? I have been playing (and doing okay actually) with only my personal levies. For any landed vassals the raise vassal levies button is blacked out. No matter what my laws are.
If I remember correctly, that's caused by some sub-mod that hasn't been properly updated for LoR yet. Lupus Agnum, I think?

Did you change anything about pressing De Jure duchy claims? Say for instance my vassal is the duke of Albany, and Scotland still holds two de jure counties of Albany, I get the little icon at the top, and it says that I am able to press de jure claims for my vassal. However, when I go to the diplomacy tab, there is no option to press those claims.
If you've got a save with the issue, that'd be great. I've been unable to isolate the cause so far.
ok i thgink this is a bug - when I continue in england with the Saxon-Godwin family - I acnnot form the kingdom of Wales and by that not the british Empire - please fix it - so no matter if the the Norwegians, or Saxons or William the bastard wins one can form the Empire...
You need to culture-switch in order to form Wales, or have all its territories dejure drift into another title. So 100 years after you conquered/inherited the last bit of Welsh territory you should be able to form the British Empire.
Not any time soon unless any critical issues are discovered.
