Muslims can marry multiple sisters (or half-sisters). This was forbidden in Islam, so there should probably be a major piety hit or penalty modifier for marrying the sister of one of your current wives.
Similarly, both Christians and Muslims can marry their mother/father-in-law, step-children, etc., which was forbidden by both religions.
