Every province with dyes has the same problem. (at least i think it is a bug)

Silk and tropical wood provinces looks ok.

1.8 hotfix-beta installed,
AoW NOT installed,
Conquest of Paradise installed and active,
Wealth of Nations installed and active,
no mods.
