problims with game registration

I've bought Sengoku and For The Glory on GoG and I wanted to register them on my Paradox forum but my redeem codes (serial keys), for both games, doesn't work. Anyone knows what to do? (I copied them from my games library on the GoG browser page and pasted them on the page where you write your redeem code so I wrote them properly)

Please lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com and send those codes in. Paradox can then register those gams manually to your account here.
