Problems with Weather (over 3 months(counted from March 1938) rain over central eur.)

Hi!

I played as Austria and wanted to attack Hungary, well I declared war in March 38 to be "cancel" the Anschluss Event.
Well then I waited for better weather,
it rained over 3 or 4 months in whole Austria and nearby. Then I attacked even it was raining... I stopped looking at the clouds and watched my troops advancing.
Well, even in August most provinces of Austria were still und "heavy attack from Thor".
I live in Austria and for one and a half year in Salzburg, where the weather is sh*t. But it doesn't rain for months!!!

By the way. Why all provinces except Horn are mountains? I think I missed something.

3 months rain do not mean that there are 3 months of continuous rain - it`s just the dominant weather (it`s updated weekly).

there are issues with the weather, agreed. they are known. weather is being tweaked atm, so I`m not fully decided whether to mark it as Known bug or not a bug...

yeah i have a big weather thread in the general discussions...hopefully we can see some sort of change

Should you reach a concensus in that thread on wether or not it's a bug and what could be done about it, please post it here. I don't have time to read through all the threads in GD
