Two problems I've noticed with the Rhoynar war start date:
1) As it stands, Valyria easily has >100k levies available- far more than the Rhoynar. Given that they rely on their dragons, the Freehold should have a large penalty to levy size.
2) Winning the war as Garin makes you a Republic and a tributary of Valyria, which doesn't seem right.
Also, regarding the Rhoynar cities in starts where they exist, they should be made into separate de jure kingdoms of their own, as part of a de jure Rhoynar empire title.
