Problems with the paradox launcher after update 1.10 and release of Battle for the Bosporus

After I followed threads of people with similar problems with update 1.10, my laucher still presents the message "An error occured", without presenting any mods or DLCs. However, if I run Steam as administrator, all content will be present. Shall I keep doing that and wait for a potential fix in future update ir is there an other way?

I get the same problem, On my first activation of the launcher, It takes almost 2 minutes before it connects to my account but without any DLC or mods. If I close the launcher (which can take another minute, it works normally when I launch it on a second attempt. The support threads on Steam and on this forum have suggestions but all of them seem worse than letting it take 5 minutes to get a working launcher.

Same issue. It usually works if I close the launcher and re-launch.

I have the same issue, but it only happens with mods (The launcher does recognize my DLCs). Oddly enough, a temporary solution I found for this is waiting for the launcher to give the error, and then going to the Mod Tools and creating a new mod, which for some reason causes the launcher to suddenly see all the other mods.

I just wish they fix it in a future patch or update
