I have a problem with a maps, It never had a train connection with the outside, I made a connection but this does not work.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
The map tells you of available connections when you start it.
No rail connection at all??? Quite rare, look at other squares you may want to grab 1 with a connection
Adapt, airport dlc, clearly good option
Make sure your main enterance HW connection is boss, cause it will be busy depending on import / export levels
And having a tighter than normal attention to import / export levels
Focus of well educated services, ie offices for jobs.
Get pop for rail/ship hub
Internal frieght will still look after yo, plug in air/sea port when you get it
Internal rail ring could be paired or shuttle to the intercity bus station

Unless you're on PC and have the Unlimited Outside Connections Mod, you can't make your own connections.
You don't need unlimited outside connections. The "Cross the Line" mod is enough to build the allotted rail connections at the edge of the map.
