Problems with the Command add_Reformlevels

I have a problem with the command add_reformlevel. I have started a new game with Austria in 1444 and add at the begining all 8 reformlevels with this command ,but affter I have done this nothing happens did i anything wrong or why the Holy Roman Empire was not founded as a nation.

Did you let a month pass by? Most of the times the game needs to recalculate stuff that happens, and needs a monthly tick to adjust to the changes.

That's what I mean, did you let the game run a bit further and let a month pass? Most of the times the game adapts than to changes.

That's weird, these might be stupid or straightforward questions but: you are playing a non-ironman game? Did the reforms get passed? Did you pass all of them? A screenshot might help determine why it isn't working.

This is weird, I see no reason why it isn't working but it can't be something not working from the game itself but rather by using the console. What however is something I can't answer - I'll try it myself to see if it works for me but other than that I won't be able to help you further unfortunately.

I think I have a solution: adding reform levels didn't do anything either for me but you can add imperial authority and pass each reform manually - that should work.

Okay and what is the command for this?

It is "imperial_authority [<Amount>] [<Country tag> OPTIONAL]" so basically "imperial_authority 100" should give you all the votes required to pass the reform. You can find a whole list of all the commands on the wiki here .
